### TERMS OF SERVICE: CUSTOM ARTWORK & ENGRAVING

By uploading images, handwriting samples, or text for laser processing:
1. **Ownership & Permissions:** You represent and warrant that you own or possess the legal authority/license to use the submitted artwork, logos, or phrasing.
2. **Acceptable Content:** We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing defamatory text, hate speech, or unauthorized use of registered trademarks.
3. **File Fidelity:** While our team optimizes uploaded files for optimal laser definition, engraving clarity relies directly on the quality and contrast of the submitted photo.
